Privacy Policy

Waterloo Water Heater takes water heater service requests from Waterloo and nearby — Laurelwood, Columbia Forest, Northdale & University District included. Here is exactly what we keep and why.

Information you give us

If you call, we log the calling number and time and keep any voicemail and its transcript. If you use the form, we keep your name, phone, email and the address and the details of the job.

How it is used

To answer your request and pass it to the one vetted, independent water heater contractor that covers Waterloo through this site. They contact you, quote in writing, and do the work under their own licences and insurance.

Cookies

Nothing is tracking you here. There is no analytics script, no Facebook or Google pixel, and no cookie banner because there are no cookies. The host's server logs are the only record of a visit.

Retention

Only while it is useful for your job and a short time after. Call recordings are deleted automatically after about three months.

Getting your information removed

Write to hello@waterloowaterheater.ca. You are entitled under PIPEDA to see, correct or delete what we hold. Messages from us are only about your request, and replying STOP ends them under CASL.
